Our salt mining projects utilises modern solar salt works on the land abutting the Ada Songhor Lagoon in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Songhor has about 34,775 acres of lagoon basin on the Atlantic Coast in Ghana with the greatest potential for large-scale salt production in West Africa for export and industrial use.
The commodity has for centuries been a major item of trade for the peoples of West Africa, in Niger, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria who import most of their salt from Brazil and Australia.
We provide an alternative to shipping across the globe, by serving the West African countries salt according to their needs and specification.
We aim to be a world leading marketer of copper. We source copper ore in the key mining regions of Africa. We also source and recycle copper scrap in Africa, North America and Asia – working with refineries and smelters to produce copper to specification.
Our copper marketing business supplies a range of customers in the automotive, electronics and construction industries.
